This unique 900g raw black honeydew honey comes from the dense oak forests in northeastern Bulgaria. Unlike conventional honey, honeydew honey is not made from flower nectar, but from the juice of oak leaves. The bees collect the juice produced by aphids and process it into this rare, mineral-rich honey, which impresses with its dark amber color and intense flavor. It is sometimes also called "Black Forest honey."
