The Bulgarian Bee Organic Acacia Blossom Honey comes from ecologically certified acacia groves in northern Bulgaria. There, the black locust tree – often called the false acacia – blooms particularly profusely in late spring. The bees collect its nectar for an exceptionally clear, mild-sweet blossom honey, which is characterized by its light color and long liquid consistency.
The production takes place raw, cold-pressed, unfiltered and unpasteurized, so that all natural ingredients such as enzymes, pollen and aromatic substances are fully preserved. The honey is single origin harvested, processed in small batches and comes from controlled organic beekeeping.
