The Bulgarian Bee Organic Linden Blossom Honey comes from ecologically managed linden groves in northern Bulgaria. In this unspoiled region, the large-leaved linden thrives particularly well and provides bees with a valuable source of nectar. The honey produced from it is known for its floral-fresh aroma, a light yellow to golden color and its light mint note in the finish.
The honey is raw, cold-pressed, unfiltered and unpasteurized processed. All natural components – such as pollen, enzymes and aromatic substances – are completely preserved. It is harvested from pure linden blossoms (Single Origin) and bottled in small batches directly into the glass.
