950 g Helmos Greek Acacia Honey – natural, mild & particularly clear
Product description
The Helmos Greek Acacia Honey is extracted in northern Greece from the nectar of the black locust blossom (often mistakenly called "acacia blossom"). The black locust blossoms for only a few weeks in spring and produces a particularly fine, light-golden nectar. The result is a mild, clear and particularly liquid honey with subtle sweetness and very long flow.
The honey is raw, cold-pressed, unfiltered and unpasteurized This ensures that all natural components such as pollen, enzymes and plant-based substances are fully preserved. Helmos Greek Acacia Honey becomes single origin harvested and bottled traditionally in small quantities – without any industrial treatment.
If you would like to explore other natural honey specialties, you will also find our raw Yemeni Sidr honey – also raw, unfiltered and single-variety.
