Your satisfaction is our top priority. At the same time, we ask for your understanding that returns are only possible under certain conditions. This policy explains the conditions for refunds and returns, as well as the process for requesting them.

Right to a refund (only for legitimate reasons):
Refunds can only be granted if a comprehensible and justified defect or a logistical error on our part – e.g., damaged products, incorrect items, or lost deliveries. A refund request may be considered in the following cases:
- The return will within 14 days after the delivery date in writing.
- The article is in unopened, unused original condition and in the original packaging.
- A Proof of purchase is available.
- The return was approved in advance by our customer service team.
Please note:
A refund is not guaranteed and is carried out exclusively after internal review and approval.
Non-refundable items:
- sale or special offer items
- Opened food packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products without a valid reason for return
Refund procedure:
- Request a return:
Send a request to our customer service team at customer@honigbee.com, along with your order number, the item image and a comprehensible explanation. - Inspection and return instructions:
After reviewing your request, we will send you return instructions with address and further details if necessary. - Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
